Hi Vivian, I hope you’re having a good weekend. I wanted to say thank you for everything which happened a couple weeks ago. It’s helped me so much- especially through exam week (which was the week after). I actually managed to get decent sleep for most of it- that hasn’t happened in the past.
So much has changed in the past couple of weeks. I don’t fully understand how it relates but my plants have grown more since I’ve seen you than they have since I originally got them a year (or more) ago. They are so beautiful now that they look that they are not just surviving. I’ve also been a lot happier and more confident- I smile a lot more even when just walking around. I had to be in a position where everybody was watching me in my group- I was nervous but it didn’t affect me as much as it has in the past.
It’s also feels nice to have all the animal guides around me. I can feel them around me most of the time (especially the wolves, whereas the horse seems to come and go more). They are really comforting. They’ve really helped me these past couple of weeks.

Vivian! How have you been? Things have been good over here, I will be starting a new job in about 2 weeks, so I have been very busy transitioning. Exciting times are ahead though : ) Other than that, I’ve been working on myself a fair bit.
As per our last discussion, I’ve been doing some healing on my past pains in regard to my relationships with females when I was young. Your talk and advice really helped. It meant the world to me that day when you gave me your advice. In the back of my mind, prior to even calling you, something kept telling me that this is an issue I need to work on by myself – and I thank you for tuning into that need, and then relaying the right information back to me.
Anyway I just wanted to touch base with you, please let me know how you are doing, and it would be good to talk or meet with you again some time soon.

Hi Vivian, I wanted to give you some feedback on our session of Sept. 6th. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have felt calmer, more grounded, worthier, sexier (that is the biggest shocker–could it be the opening of the sacrel chakra??), more playful with my inner child, can breathe deeper and, most of all, more intuitive as I tap into my Higher Self.
This is the week of making decisions about my possible part-time return to work after Thanksgiving. Today, I make the intention, with faith, that I am receiving the perfect feedback from my body and other signs so that I will clearly know the “next step” for my health.

Hi Vivian! Just to let you know…
After speaking with Fonz’s (my dog) neurologist when she confirmed there was atrophy in the occipital lobe, I pursued online and saw some related ariticle indicating a relationship to the “anterior pyramid of the medulla oblongata…” !! The throat problems (swallowing) and the long-term fight-or-flight that everyone has accused me of causing (!) may be related to function of the medulla as well.
Then three days after your energy work, Fonz was struggling to pee. Took him to emerg for tests on a Sunday night – sure enough infection plus they found crystals in the urine. Not sure if that is related to the work on the gall baladder that you did or not, but suspect there is some link. On meds and better now, that problem anyways.

I think she has a lot to think about and I told her to really use the day to reflect. Hi Vivian, Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say “Thank You” for today. As usual, it is always an interesting experience to connect with you. I have now jotted down notes from our session while my memory is still fresh and I have a full page of it. Wikipedia does have explanations on “Philistines”, a people from 12th century BC, although it says that the Bible describes them as Israel’s most dangerous enemy. However, I have also come to learn that there are a lot of misperceptions in the religious teachings that we have come to accept today. I even looked up the year 1866 in Wikipedia to see what war was going on at the time to see where I could possibly be helping injured soldiers. I was amazed to find that there were so many of them. It is sad that people fight so much with each other throughout history. Anyway.
I am deeply appreciative of your guidance and I will take to heart everything that was revealed to me and continue on with my exciting and wonderful healing journey.

Hello Vivian, I have been thinking of you a lot recently and I just really have to thank you so much for all that you have helped me with. This email is not a goodbye email, nor do I believe its the end of our journey together but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your help. You have been a blessing to me.
I don’t know if I could have gotten to the place that I feel I am at now, and if I had it would have taken a lot longer. You and your abilities are so amazing. While I see the benefit of CBT and clinical methods of counseling I doubt it would have been effective for me. I know how to think and change thought, I don’t know how to change feelings/emotions which I believe are often the core of the thought.
Its funny, children are born these magical beings. So moldable to their environment. Parents try to nurture and to protect as well as help them lay a foundation so they have a sense of who they are, but end up laying “their” (the parents) foundation and the child is unable to build on it because that foundation doesn’t resonate with them. It is not their own.
I guess you can tell that I’m talking about myself. The reason I write about that is because you have helped me to construct my own foundation. At 25 that idea seems impossible (I know I’m not old, but to half start anew half build on what you have?! How?!) To slowly and painlessly dig up the foreign and water and reestablish/plant the original me. I feel that it has made me a better, happier, lovelier person. I can see the beauty of life. I love myself. Those are two things that are incredibly difficult for mankind right now and you have helped to bring me to a place of peace. I don’t stand in that circle ALL the time, I do get caught up in things but its good to know its there. I really can’t express the gratitude I have. The only way for you to fully understand is if you were able to taste the food like I taste it, see the world as I do now, and of course feel things as I do right now. It is amazing. Thank you.

Hypnosis
I had been struggling with a slow but steady weight gain for years now, I kept telling myself having some extra pounds was better than smoking, that was my excuse after I quit…..but 5 years & 60 pounds later, my health did not improve overall nor did I feel proud of my accomplishment of quitting. I decided to give hypnosis a try & of course, I could only think of Vivian! I was not sure what to expect, I always had the preconceived notion that you lose control of yourself, your body, maybe even your mind or thoughts when deep in hypnosis. Although I had little trust in this type of healing modality, there was no doubt I could fully trust Vivian. IT is Hard to explain how I felt when I left her office but a few words come to mind; relaxed, revived and serene. I left with a renewed anticipation of what changes and actions I needed to take in the coming days…..8 weeks later, I have shed 25.4 pounds without feeling like I am being punished, depriving myself & especially without hunger pangs! Thank you Vivian, you are a Lightworker placed on this earth that embraces all of those around her and emanates love and light. C.F.

I had my first Akashic reading done earlier this year. I never knew what to expect but Vivian was recommended to me by my friend, who attended her sessions before and through Vivian’s expertise launched a journey of healing. I was amazed by how much precisely Vivian was able to read my records about my status quo and my past and current relatives and friends.
I knew about Vivian’s hypnotherapy skills before but it was not until much later when I approached her in an attempt to heal through the hypnotherapy. Naturally, I felt hesitant not only due to the nature of the treatment but also due to my one previous unsuccessful hypnotherapy experience with another therapist. Despite this I went ahead since my urge to heal has almost become an emergency and I felt that this is my last resort.
I knew that I must have given it a chance because I believed in a more non-conventional way of healing, and I had to take care of myself to be able to take care of my children. My self-esteem and lack of self-love was so low that I could not face a day-to-day life. My fears embraced all my being and I was unable to cope. In a nutshell, my then husband of almost fifteen years left me for another woman with whom he’d had an affair during my pregnancy with our second child. I was devastated, left alone in a new country thinking I would never be able to live without him, I chased him and the lost dream, and continued to humiliate myself. Instead of focusing on moving on I kept falling without focusing on my children or myself. This is my picture of about six months.
I have attended a few of Vivian’s sessions. Of course, I felt skeptical at the beginning, and I felt that I wasn’t ever be able to move on, in fact I didn’t fully comprehend the meaning of those words – moving on, self-love, self-respect? However, I thoroughly enjoyed my hypnotherapy sessions and was always looking forward to them. There was something there for me, just for me, my deep sub consciousness, my deep soul and my deep myself, something that a spa treatment or any other time for myself could never substitute for. The deep self-love that I was able to finally enjoy without admiring , adoring myself or being arrogant. I was able to open up and felt so relax during the sessions that I often remained in awe, but how I don’t know, because I am naturally quite an uptight person. However, although feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after the sessions, the reality always hit me a few days after the sessions, and I kept falling again. I realized later that that was my true healing – not there during the sessions but I was tested afterwards. I have noticed that the falls have become shorter and less frequent. Whenever they came, I was able to cancel them and made them stop bothering me. They still come and I can still cry but Vivian has guided me to win the battle with the gloomy cloud of skepticism through her meditative sessions. She also was able to peel off a layers to reveal what I always knew was there, and is within all of us, but so deeply buried that it never had a chance. She opened up a fighter and a driver within me. Through her talks in hypnotherapy, she created another world – garden – just for me, a space only for me, a space that somehow I have known forever, my own invaluable space, a space that I never had to imagine for myself since it was there, there in my sub consciousness.
I was able to uncover something else during the sessions, which was the real root of the problem. The problem of self-esteem and such deep-rooted diffidence and non-self-respect of myself that ultimately lead to the disaster of my husband having an affair and leaving me. Vivian was able to make me realize that I was not a doormat for my husband or for anyone previously in my life. This realization through her sessions made a huge impact and twist in my thinking and transforming myself. Of course, I am not completely healed. I know that the journey of healing goes on for the rest of my life but I am toned down by my experiences and am able to focus.
I have goals and I fight every second to achieve them. I fight to love myself and be a good role model for the most precious gift that is my children.
I would recommend Vivian to anyone who is doubting themselves or questioning their self-worth, and anyone who really wants to heal. I was really deep down in the crevasse and couldn’t see the sunshine but Vivian helped me to bury the old me that no longer exists. Through these, her, wonderful meditative sessions I was able to say good-bye to someone who was there thirty years carrying the burden of being bullied and being told not to be worthy. Y.L.

Hi Vivian, Thank you times infinite for bringing out the themes from my hypnosis session. I have read and reread your follow-up email over and over to keep those themes in my head. You hit a soft spot when you wrote about exploring people in my life that need to be let go. I’ve known this for awhile, we talked about it, everyone has told me, to let go of the ex-boyfriend, I felt your email was a turning point for me. After reading it, I was determined to communicate (not avoid or ignore) with my ex-boyfriend that we needed to stop all communication and I needed to move on and I am happy to say it’s done.
I just wanted to share that with you because although it may seem like a small thing, it was a HUGE deal for me. I’ve been stubborn and so confused about the situation with him and I finally feel like everything is very clear. I don’t think it would be this way without your help. You were the only person I felt understood and even though I was rambling on about a situation that probably seemed so clear to you, you were not only understanding and empathetic, but you helped me through the emotions and gave a much greater understanding of the situation. As I’m sure you gathered from our first session, I’m not someone who talks about my life openly. I really need to trust and feel comfortable with someone and looking back, I see why I was able to talk so openly with you — your non-judging, understanding , positive, helpful nature is not something you see everyday and I feel very blessed that I was able to meet you. You have incredible gifts, but you are also an amazing person. I cannot properly express how grateful I am to have gone through this “healing” process with you. Hi Vivian, Things are going well since our hypnosis session. I feel as though the most valuable piece of information coming out of our session was the awareness that my “black hole” has become a habit and somewhere I retreat to when I feel rejected or scared. There have been a couple of instances where I’ve wanted to go the hole but with this new awareness I am able to talk myself out of it. I feel as though recognizing the habit that I have formed and the comfort that came from it has actually been more important than the reason why the “hole” was ever created in the first place. I don’t think that another session is required at this time however if I find myself going into the hole then I’ll definitely want to explore it some more through hypnosis. Have a great week! Hi Vivian, I wanted to send you a quick message to follow up on my second hypnotherapy session from last Tuesday.
When I initially came to see you, I wanted to bring more abundance into my life. During the first session we dealt with my issue of feeling ‘worthy’, wow that was an amazing experience! You were right when you said the subconscious minds holds all our memories – while in hypnosis you asked me to trace back to the first time I had experienced not feeling ‘worthy’, I had completely forgotten that experience I had when I was 7 years old. During the session I was able to see myself and to feel that horrible feeling of not deserving …. it had been building for a long time. We did a lot of work that first session and I felt much lighter, but nothing compared to our second session last week. I left your office with a true sense of freedom!!
Over the last week I have been able to see how I use to handled situations, I feel so different and my approach has changed. Hi Vivian, I never thought that I would even consider hypnosis, but after meeting my new boyfriend who has a dog – I knew that once and for all I had to deal with my fear of dogs – it was either that or not spending time over at his place. That night after I left your office I went over to his house to test out the new feeling of ‘neutrality’ – IT WORKED!!! I think the dog knew something was different – after I had been at the house for a while she came over, sniffed and laid at my feet and I was fine – I wasn’t bothered either way. Past Life Regression
I just wanted to give you an update on how thing’s have been since my session. It’s been truly an amazing experience for me, like some kind fo shift happened. After my session, I actually felt really out of it and low on energy until the next day. After coming back from vacation, I noticed how much more confidence and energy I had. Even at work, I noticed I was interacting and thinking differently in how I related to people around me, even in the smallest ways. I feel even more joyful and lighter..i guess that’s the best way I could describe it. So THANK YOU for the wonderful session. It’s still hard for me to put into words how I felt during that session but I definitely feel like I’m in a better place I didn’t know what to expect from the regression but I never thought the result would be so deep and meaningful.

What I experienced was defiantly something out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary! Through Vivian’s guidance, I was able to transcend to deeper levels of myself including emotional wounds of my past lives. Being able to understand what I am still carrying into this current life, able to identify, clear, and explore. It was quite an adventure. Uncovering hidden aspects of my past emotional scars allowed me to be free of them. She helped me to understand what I had gone through, bringing up lots of tears, fears, stagnation for a face to face encounter for a more purposeful happier free flowing NOW.
I was able to unload my past burdens off my back and clear them as learning and growing experiences. I felt a released from the victimization into a more solid power house of knowledge and understanding. The darkness of unknowing was cleared by the light of truth. I can now effectively understand why past circumstances have occurred in my life now and have connected the dots of the picture of the present from this past life hypnotherapy session. I felt a sense of clarity into my current life and felt courageous to face my fears from this inner guidance which Vivian helped to unveil. I am doing fine. I have been giving a lot of thought to our sessions – both the Akashic Record reading and the Past Life Regression. I have became more patient, and understanding through both these sessions and through all the things I have worked through (ie. personal therapy with the Psychotherapist, informally talking with friends and lots of reading by authors such as Barbara Brennan, Dr. Brian Weiss, etc.).
I have also given much thought to your words of wisdom from both our sessions together. I think I have arrived at a place of some understanding of my overall life situation and how the past of my upbringing has influenced me. It has been quite a journey! But, overall, I am good and at a good, loving place in my life but yet with lots of learning and experiencing to do! Thank you for taking the time to care! I hope you are well too. Hi Vivian, I just had to write you to let you know that after our meeting an incredible weight was lifted off my chest and I truly feel that I have let go of some of the anger and resentment that I was carrying around for such a long time. I know that it is still a work in progress but I feel that looking at things the way that you advised me to will indeed change the whole course of my life and put me on the path that I need to be on to be happy. I found a letter that I had written to him in the past and read it and felt no emotions when in the past that would have led to tears and frustration.

In the reading you kept mentioning the word “Fare” (regarding a place of possible employment), well wouldn’t you know when I was driving through the city I decided to ask my intuition to guide me to the correct place of work. I locked eyes on a place that I frequently notice, but now my intuition was now screaming… lol (figuratively of course) here… here…I looked up to see the name so I could search it when I got home.
The name written on a black canopy in off white writing as you described in the reading read “Cartered Fare”. I laughed, then went home and e-mailed the owner immediately. I met with her today and was hired in minutes – way to go! The owners have a couple of very successful business and the catering company in particular has been used to cater events for the Prime Minister and other notable Canadians so fingers crossed it will be a great supplement to my income. Hi Vivian, I just wanted to say thank you for your reading this past Monday, I felt amazed after the reading. A lot of what you said was true and a lot of it was what I already knew was true but I was not confident in my own intuition. I just had to also tell you that I have been registered into the course I have to take to further my career in the bank. The very next day after your reading I told my supervisor Ana (the woman you saw in the reading with her hair up…p.s., she did have her hair up exactly the way you described when I saw her on Tuesday) that I wanted to take the course and within an hour or so, her and my boss Andre (you also described him in the reading, said that he was fair skinned but sometimes tanned….and guess what he came in tanned on Tuesday) printed out the forms and got me enrolled….it all happened so quickly, they are both so supportive and loving about my success, just like you said.
I know you don’t remember everyone’s readings but I just had to tell you how accurate you were with mine. You are an amazing person, i’m very interested in your other services you provide and I am interested in an Integrated session in the near future, because I have never experienced those other services either and I’m also very interested in a private Akashic Record class in the future as well.

Hi Vivian, I really want to share my experience of doing the Akashic reading/consultation. For those that do not know what an Akashic consultation is, it has to do with your entire existence from your point of inception into this world right up to this life as we know it. I was excited about doing this as I am in transition in my life and knew that in order to break some of my cycles (whether it be a relationship or bad habit) I needed to look at my past. What I appreciated is your sensitivity and thoroughness. Before we actually got together you had sent a very brief yet concise outline of what to expect and how to prepare for this which also eased my mind. Then again, before the session began you went over what to expect and how the session will run, your role and mine. I also loved the very warm and comforting environment in which the session took place that allowed me to relax and open up while still maintaining your level of professionalism. While there is a level of structure in the session, you allowed it to flow in many different directions.
What I gained from this reading/consultation is that we do not always realize how something in our past (a bad relationship or bad/good karma) can be carried forward into our present life as we know it and impact our current relationships and/or situation. For me, I discovered that I was married in another lifetime to my now separated husband. In my past life the roles were reversed and it turned out that I was the one who was not nice, rather very mean, in that relationship. It allowed me to put this current relationship into perspective and the message that came across to me is that I need to forgive myself, release this and then I can break the karma that was carried forward into this lifetime. I can now move forward into the next stages of my life while breaking this cycle. I feel free and am forever grateful for this experience. I was also able to discover my ties with other important people in my life. As well I left the session excited about my future business. I had confirmation about what I am doing and the importance of it.

I have had chanelling and other psychic readings in the past, however, I found Vivian’s Akashic readings to be one of the best I have encountered. Vivian is very compassionate and understanding. My reading not only confirmed some things told to me in a past chanelling session I had but, also, clarified much more. I truly felt touched that my Record Keepers and Guides cared so much about me. Hi Vivian, I just got home from the Reiki session with you and I wanted to let you know how wonderful I felt after it (still feel ). Exactly like you said, I felt very light, almost like flying and with a very clear mind. It was as if I saw the world this way for the first time.
I looked at everyone and felt love and understanding for them, thinking that we are all connected, each of us struggling with our own issues.

Hi Vivian, I just wanted to let you know how much Reiki has changed my life for the better. I had mentioned to you before that I have been studying different forms of meditation on my own for more than 25 years. And that the part of me doubted that I was making any progress, or even if what I had read and practiced even worked at all. Whether it was the different forms of yoga (Indian, Chinese, or Tibetan) or the different forms of martial arts that I have read about to understand the martial arts philosophy or psychology behind them, my main purpose was to put together the pieces of the puzzle so that I could find my own path.
The pieces of the puzzle were joined together more like a house of cards, because of my own self-doubt about the foundations.
I wanted to let you know that in 2 months, you have turned my house of cards into a house of stone. And I am starting to revisit other forms of meditation and martial arts that until recently were still more academic to me, but that now might be able to help me on my path.

I’m feeling amazing, no more headaches when I wake up, I feel more “light” and more patient. I’m not worrying as much as I used to. I feel a new appreciation in my life. Vivian, thank you so much for the Reconnective Healing session. As you know I have done a lot of energy work over the past few years, but never have I experienced this ‘energy’ before. It was so amazing that I needed some time to digest my experience in order to talk about it.
During the whole session, I felt a sense of ‘bliss/peace’ never experienced before, there were times where my eyes were moving side to side & up and down so fast behind my eyelids (didn’t know this was possible with my eyes closed) it was strange and fascinating at the same time. The experience that truly left me in awe was the feeling that I was floating above the massage table, several times I had to place my hands on the table to make sure that I was still ‘grounded’. There was a powerful feeling of being ‘connected’ to a vibrant energy source – it’s hard to explain. I’m currently working on resolving an emotional issue and since my Reconnective Healing session, I’m looking at my situation from a new perspective, one that is more positive, clear and empowering.

I am a Financial Director of a marketing company, my daily pressures are not for the faint of heart. About 4 months ago I shared my feelings of edginess and stress with an acquaintance and he suggested that I go in for an “energy vacation”. Hi Vivian, I can not express in words the extreme happiness and joy I felt in meeting you and completing my Level II Reiki with you. I knew in my heart from the moment I sat down with you that you would be my mentor. I feel like there is so much I can learn from you and you have truly inspired me. I am such a passionate person and have so much love in my heart and I now realize that is what was missing with my first teacher. I didn’t feel connected. It’s not just about the knowledge that is shared, it’s the messenger, the teacher. Maybe for some the knowledge is sufficient, but not for me. Hi Vivian, I just wanted to give you some (more) feedback about yesterday’s Reiki Level I class, I am so thrilled that I was able to finally meet you. To be honest, I don’t know what I was getting into, or what I was expecting…I just ‘knew’ (for some time now) that our paths were supposed to cross.
I was contemplating the whole way home, and all night – not really even wanting to share with my curious husband the events of the day until I had fully ‘digested’ everything for myself. Still, I don’t know what I have gotten myself into, but I do know something very serious happened to me yesterday. I saw light that was truly amazing, even blinding at times (with my eyes closed)! I have seen angels before, where the light is comparable, but there are no words that can describe the feeling and emotion associated with the light I ‘saw’ in the ‘darkness’, behind my closed eyelids, the light was radiating somewhere between my mind and the physical world. It was the same light radiating from my hands, like in a movie when the treasure chest is opened to reveal the shining and glowing treasure. It was truly amazing and believe me, I am still trying to digest it all.
This morning, I do not feel any ‘different’, although I slept like a rock, something I haven’t done in years. The last time I slept like this, was after the deaths of two very close family members who were terminally ill. The night after their death, it felt as if there was a huge relief and a sense of freedom. I think there is definitely a connection between the events.
I am very excited to learn what the Universe has in store for me. You have a very special gift and I am honoured to have learned from you. I hope this is only the beginning of our ‘friendship’. N.C.
As a facilitator for the day (Reiki Level I), I thought you offered a nice mix of expertise with friendliness. Because you are naturally in tune with the practice of Reiki, it can be difficult to talk about it in a tangible way and in a way that ‘laymen’ like myself can understand. However, you did and you did it very well. I found you gave us as much information as we needed to proceed, paced it with hands-on practice and provided enough time to answer any questions that resulted. You have very good communication skills and I found you articulated the concepts, principles very clearly. On a couple of occasions, you commented on being a bit nervous which caught me by surprise. There was nothing about your delivery that would have indicated that. That being said, by sharing that with us, I liked you even more. Your humbleness and honesty made you very genuine which always scores more points with me than the ‘expert who knows everything’.
I also appreciated your concern in setting up an open and welcoming environment. The snacks, drinks, aromas and sounds helped me unwind for our day. These are not the details that many facilitators pay attention to although they should.
The handout materials were excellent. It’s nice to have the basics in one booklet that can be referenced as needed. Thanks again Vivian for a wonderful day. I know I will be in touch with you again. M.G.
