It is recommended to consider up to 3 sessions in a short time frame, in the same week if at all possible. Also, consider integrating an Axiatonal Alignment session with this treatment.

Session Preparation
Physical comfort is very important during a session, please let me know of any physical considerations.
During a Reconnective Healing session you will lay down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table, this is not a form of massage. Please allow an hour for digestion after a meal before a session.
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes, appropriate for the season. Keep in mind that you will be resting (shoes off) on a massage table during the session.
Scents: Senses are usually heightened during a session, please avoid using perfumes.
Remote/Long Distance Sessions:
Reconnective Healing sessions are available in person and remotely/long distance.
